Histon Defender Dreams Of Portsmouth

Histon defender Patrick Ada has one dream tonight - that of a meeting with Portsmouth and striker Kanu
Of course the sight of Swansea City will stand in the way of that dream this evening but for the centre back from Cameroon the dream is so close he can almost touch it.
Kanu was his hero when he grew up and now the chance to mark the man - whose goal won last season's FA Cup - is so close to reality he can afford himself just that little dream.
It could all be shattered tonight - as well as getting past the Swans, Ada has to hope that Portsmouth can overcome Bristol City at Ashton Gate but he explains exactly what it is about Kanu that makes the possibility so special.
"I'm from Cameroon and everyone in Africa knows Kanu," the 23-year-old said. "I remember watching him on television at the African Cup of Nations and World Cup when I was younger.
"Kanu is a really good striker and it would be a dream to play against him, I would be so happy. As a non-League player you want to play the best and it would be great playing against someone I have admired since I was young.
“We believe we can beat Swansea. We have not lost at home for a long time and our confidence is high.”
