But, no it seems that some Cardiff fans cannot forget that they are Cardiff fans. I am a Jack and I'm proud of it but when it comes to international day and I am in Cardiff, I have a Welsh shirt on and there is no need for club colours because they are irrelevant.
But Cardiff fans forget that. They sit in the Millennium Stadium, in all it's glory, and chant "Blooooobirds" and "We hate Swansea" and I heard both of those last night and I thought to myself, 'I feel sorry for these people. Here are Wales playing the World Cup favourites in front of a 60,000+ crowd and they just cannot forget that the team in red is the common team'

NOT Ninian Park

I get sick to the teeth of hearing comments about Jacks don't follow Wales. They do and they do it in numbers but the difference is they are doing just what it says on the tin. Following Wales. Not Swansea, Not Cardiff but Wales. Don't get me wrong many Cardiff fans do the same but they do have a majority who forget that and just concentrate on the pro-Cardiff anti-Swansea rubbish.
There were four people in front of me last night doing the Ayatollah. Stupid enough thing anyway but it's a little known fact that this is only done at Ninian Park because, like the Vetch, the roof is falling in and they do that to keep the bits of rust off their hair. Not something that is needed at the Millennium Stadium you will appreciate.
Of course last night wasn't helped by the bloke on the tannoy. Why the Welsh FA used this idiot for the game I don't know. He was laughable and embarrassing. Craig Bellamy was born in Cardiff, John Hartson wasn't born anywhere according to him. Ryan Giggs was born in Cardiff, Daniel Gabbidon was treated like a Welsh folk hero when he warmed up (hah!) at half-time. Well, Wales ends in Cardiff these days doesn't it?
His bias was unbelievable and it was just as well we weren't represented in the squad otherwise I am sure you would have heard the words "Jack" and "B stard" coming from his mouth.
Will these minority of Cardiff fans ever learn that it is possible to put away the bluebirds bobble hat or scarf and get the dusty red and white one out and follow Wales in the sense of only following Wales on the night?
Can't see it myself....
