Gambian Swans Need Our Help!
at 14:31 16 Aug 2019
Anyone who can help these young footballers would be great. The club have donated towards their team in the past but the jerseys are now 3 seasons old and starting to suffer from wear and tear. Maybe someone could set up a crowd funding page to raise money for their new equipment? I know our kit-man is sending new goalkeeping gear.

Does anyone know what is being done with the land behind the South Stand? I’m wondering whether it will be a more permanent ‘Jack Zone’ or the car park will be made bigger?

There were just a few level headed fans trying to stop it, such as the bigger lad with glasses in the Liverpool hat. What a bunch of morons.
Blackpill Lido Vandalised, Again!
at 10:48 1 Aug 2019
Absolute scum of the Earth have damaged the Lido again. This is such a brilliant facility for the children during the school holidays. They need to get some good CCTV or the police need to organise some sort of operation to watch the place during the night, to try and catch the evil b*st*rds.

Has been named club captain 2019/20. Well deserved.
Matt Grimes named Swansea City captain
Matt Grimes says he is privileged and honoured to lead Swansea City after being chosen as club captain for the 2019-20 season. The 24-year-old midfielder – named Swans’ Player of the Year last term – has been handed the armband by head coach Steve Cooper ahead of Saturday’s Championship opener against Hull at the Liberty.
Having enjoyed an outstanding season, making 50 appearances and scoring two goals, he has led the Swans in friendly wins over Exeter and Atalanta during pre-season. But the former Exeter man was still surprised when Swans boss Cooper called him to formally offer him the captaincy.
“I am buzzing. It came as a bit of a surprise, to be honest, but I am more than happy to take on the responsibilities and be more of a leader on and off the pitch,” said Grimes. “I am massively honoured. To be captain of any club is a big deal, but to be captain of a club like Swansea City really is a privilege and an honour.

Felindre Park and Ride
at 11:21 30 Jul 2019
My brother is thinking of using the Felindre Park and Ride on Saturday because it is close to where he lives? He asked me to get some more information regarding it’s practicality.
We know it is £10 a car (he’s minted) and you have to get the return bus from the compound immediately after the match and you form part of the Away fan convoy.
The things he would like to know are...
1) How frequent are the buses leaving the Felindre Site?
2) Where do the Park and Ride coaches drop people off before the game (is it in the Away compound?)?
3) After the match do the buses come back at regular intervals? Where do they leave from (is it still the compound?)?
4) Any other information that might be helpful that we haven’t thought about?

Have I missed something but things are rather quiet regarding Andre? I understand he took part in the African Cup of Nations and has an extended break but what are we going to do with him? Loan him out again, sell (if possible) or do a Baston with him (that seems highly unlikely?)?
Also with Montero being back in Swansea would be nice to have him as an impact sub like we had at the start of last season.
