Joe Ralls
at 21:52 16 Aug 2019
Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock has revealed that midfielder Joe Ralls is a doubt for the trip to Reading on Sunday after coming down with an unknown illness.
The midfielder was due to give a drugs test following the last-gasp win over Luton Town at the weekend, but was rushed to hospital after he started vomiting.
Speaking ahead of the trip to the Madejski, Warnock said: "Joe Ralls was one of the lads drug tested on the weekend and he couldn't give a sample.

Cardiff gazumping us for him.
Bit of desperation for them lot I reckon, striker who relies on pace, whose not long back from a torn ACL..
Edit - maybe wrong phrasing, looks like we pulled out as soon as first bid was rejected.

Lucas Pos - Centre Half
at 15:47 4 Aug 2019
Mentioned it on another thread.
21 year old American Centre Half, played last year in Swiss second division. We are looking to sign him. Nixon reckons “he’s heard very good things” about him.
VDH replacement I reckon.
Ben Wilmot - Watford

I know it’s been mentioned in transfer thread, but thought the review he’s had by a Watford journalist fella on twitter deserves its own thread. Sounds the ticket!!
<<Will do a piece on Ben Wilmot to Swansea City, but in a tweet i am over the moon with the deal if it goes through. Can play as a DM or CB in the 4-2-3-1 formation Cooper will play. So gifted on the ball, he will suit right into Swansea’s style of play. Premier League quality imo
Absolutely bossed it against Spurs, Newcastle and Reading last season for Watford. Then went on loan to Udinese and faced the likes of Juventus and Lazio. At just 19 years of age, he has some experience under his belt. To miss out on Clarke-Salter and get Wilmot is a HUGE upgrade
Played more as a centre half at Stevenage, more of a central midfielder at Watford & did a bit of both at Udinese with their 3 at the back system. Awith Swansea’s lack of depth at centre half he proves majorly important, but a DM of Wilmot & Grimes would be the best in the league>>

Anyone got the picture of Routlege standing over Gary Medel? Looking for it everywhere.
Phillip Cocu - Derby

Experience at managing in the eredivisie, even won it a few times if I'm not mistaken? Interesting tweet from Rob Dorsett aswell:
<<Stat that Mel Morris told me during his search for new #dcfc manager (don’t think he’ll mind me revealing now): of all the top managers in Europe for giving opps to young players: 1) Gurdiola. 2) Klopp. Cocu was number 12 - developing academy talent, one of his key priorities.>>

Anyone out here keep your wits about you.
8 of us out having a quiet beer, ended up being set upon by lads in balaclavas carrying knives. F*cking scary, different level out here.

Has gone to third favourite overnight. Can you imagine that?
Actually don’t. It doesn’t bare thinking about
Connor Roberts - Bournemouth

Interest from Bournemouth according to Nixon.
<<BOURNEMOUTH. Looking into a move for Conor Roberts at SWANSEA. Down to what would pay and whether lad fancies competing for a game.>>

Toshack and Richards

If Potter is off, surely best bet is to promote these two?
I will be shocked if any funds are available to strengthen the squad, these two have had success with many of the players here through the u23s, have already got the relationships, cheap aswell as they are already on payroll.
No brainer in my opinion. The next few years are all about survival.
Leroy Fer - Off

From most recent social media post looks as if he's off.
Was to be expected. Ollson I imagine will be next to come out and say his goodbyes.

WOL reporting he's wante by Leverkusen and Wolfsburg.
Fair play to the lad, I've heard he looks a good prospect, didn't think he was held in that high regard though.

Not seen a thread on this.
What’s everyones take?
For me, no way she should be welcomed back but I find it uneasy her baby, who has done no wrong, is pent up in a camp somewhere.
