With so much information and data collected on football games for analysis, I'd expect it would be possible to rate referees on the accuracy of decisions such as penalties, red cards, yelllow cards, free kicks etc. in the same way that data is collected for player analysis?
Poor rated referees could be placed into re-training.
Italy in a bit of trouble, Government Debt at 132% of GDP, Youth unemployment at 32%, in recession -2.6% per annum, spending too much with the possibility of a debt crisis and now the French Ambassabor recalled.
A bit of a concern as this is the 4th largest country by GDP in the EU.( 3rd if /when Britain leaves).
Watched his programme yesterday on the BBC, what struck me was the high level of segregation in Londonderry/Derry with 95 percent of schools and 96 percent of social housing still segregated all these years after the Good Friday Agreement.
I joined a queue on the M4 at the last PortTalbot junction eastbound today at about 1pm. After about 5 minutes around 30 or 40 vehicles turned around and went back up the motorway the wrong way and up the slip road. After 20 mins the road cleared but there was still a queue going up the slip road, in the wrong direction, as cars were trying to come down the slip road the right way.
The guy next to me was filming from the passenger seat and showed me his police id card, shaking his head in disbelief.
Why can't people wait for 15 or 20 minutes instead of threatening people's lives?
