Nope, but the closest was when Geoff "Janner" Thomas spent a brief period on loan there.

Plenty have come the other way, permanent and loans.

Janner went to Utd on loan?

Did he actually get a game? Like in the first team?

I loved Geoff. My favourite apart from Bri on the wing. I seem to remember he passed to one of our players once.

He also proved nothing changes. I didn’t realise adults swore until age 10 (me, not him) I heard him shout at a throw in ‘who wants the f*cking ball?’. The answer of course, was nobody.

Had a blistering shot on him though. Unfortunately 99.9999% recurring, it was nowhere near the goal he was aiming at!

We sent Febian Brandy back to them if that counts.

Geoff was offered a place at OT but Yvonne did not want to move.

Talked to him many times about it,the thing he would have loved more than anything was to be a 1st class cricketer.

Wales might well have won a WC in the 30's if they had entered, such a pity.
