Don't know about close to the ground but Hounslow offers free parking on Saturday and Sunday
13 minute journey from Hounslow West to South Ealing (the nearest tube station)

I'm getting there by car, arriving close to kick-off, so I've gone for 'Park on my drive' for convenience. Try anything once.

Brentford for us although I’m quite tempted to do Derby as well

Be nice to notch ground number 66 off my list

Remember doing Brentford Away a good few years ago now when Jimmy Rimmer was on the Backroom Staff.

We arrived late at the ground pissed up so headed for the nearest turnstile (home end) next to the dugouts, next thing Jimmy walks along the touchline and spots my mate next to me in the crowd who he played golf with and says ‘What time are we teeing off in the morning Al?’ in Jimmy’s loud, booming voice 🙈😂

Cue a few ‘exchanges’ with the locals around us who sussed us out then we were taken out and escorted around the pitch to the away end behind the goal !!

The good old days eh we had some great times 😉👍

Both.

Haven't been to Brentford since Leon Knight got a couple.

Is this their last year at Griffin Park?

Sold out first thing.
I think they have to keep some for every window.
As soon as hit general sale 10am they were snapped up.

Stop it, you're making me thirsty. The beer's top notch in there too.
There are several really good Pubs in Derby. The Exeter Arms is one of my favourites. The Alexandra Hotel near the Station, just down the Road from the Brunswick is getting good reviews in the Derby Camra ratings. I haven't been in that one for many a year, though.

A couple of Pubs if you are going by car and fancy a drive out:

The Royal Oak in Ockbrook

The Old Oak in Horsley Woodhouse, particularly in the back room on a Friday night when they put on some great Cask Ales, gravity fed. Usually a couple of decent ciders too.
